Protection Guarantee.
The protective packaging of any shipment is the container for your wines, and therefore the most important thing to prevent bottle breakages throughout the transit of your shipment.
We must therefore minimise the risk of this happening, by making sure that the protective packaging has undergone the proper impact testing to guarantee that our contents have not been tampered with (ISTA certification)
We carefully pack the bottles, providing them with adequate protection for transport by exclusively using sturdy boxes to be shipped anywhere in the world, by both road and air freight.
Thermal insulation.
The potential temperature fluctuations during an expedition can be reduced with the use of thermal insulation (thermal cover).
In extreme cases, where temperature fluctuations are excessively sudden, we can consider the option of equipping our product with high-performance isothermal packaging equipped with cold accumulators.
Temperature indicators.
With Temperature Indicators we can monitor heat-sensitive products throughout the logistics process (transport and storage).
Once activated, their visual indicator changes colour irreversibly and tamper-proof when the activation temperature, determined by the time and the over-exposure temperature, is exceeded.
I-PLUG+ is a single-use data logger for recording temperature during the transit (storage and transport) of products sensitive to temperature fluctuations. I-PLUG+ enables the control and monitoring of temperature records via download software.
Data recorded with the thermograph can be sent to a cloud server (unique in the market), which enables consultation at any time and place, as well as providing an excellent way to safeguard the stored data.
